Nature of the product

The AMI is a bioelectric measurement instrument. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Reservations and deposits

Placing a reservation requires a deposit, processed securely by Stripe. The deposit:

• Reserves your place in the first limited production release.
• Is fully refundable — you may cancel and request a refund at any time before your device ships by contacting us.
• Is not a final purchase. Final pricing, specifications, availability, and delivery timelines are estimates and may change. We will confirm details with you before any balance is charged.

No guarantee of timeline

The AMI is in active development. Manufacturing, calibration, and delivery dates are projections, not commitments, and may shift.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site or a reservation is limited to the amount of any deposit you have paid.
